Asics – Gel-Vikka Pro Shoes Cream/White

The GEL-VICKKA PRO shoes is inspired by the VICKKA training shoe from the 1970s. Its original design focus was to help increase stability during complex training movements. Today, its revamped with a skate-specific functionality. The upper’s forefoot features a one-piece construction that helps reduce tearing. Its sock liner design is based on the movement analysis that occurs while skating. This component applies different levels of pressure on the inside and outside to help promote a better centre of gravity and stability. Lastly, our GEL technology is strategically placed in the heel to help decrease the impact of hard landings.

Tongue elastic band -An ELASTIC BAND is added between the TONGUE andINSOLE to improve the wearing comfort and prevent theTONGUE from shifting sideways while sliding.

Thick tongue -TONGUE is thicker than the standard model forimproved wearability

Perforated insole -Materials of different altitudes are used on the inside andoutside. Also, by adding perforations of different sizes,it does not only increases the stability by promoting theinward centroid, but also mitigates the shock of landing.

Suede material -Only high quality materials that have passed in-house tests areused. Reinforcement material has been added to the back ofthe suede material from the regular base model to improvedurability. The finish is not only durable, but also has a texturethat looks great outside of the skate scene
